I purchased a warranty for a device and they cannot "find it in their system." I spent exactly 58 minutes on the phone trying to clear this up and was told there was nothing they can do. I have a copy of the email receipt for the purchase and a screenshot of all my purchased warranties. They could verify all the warranties except the one I was calling about. I asked repeatedly what could solve this problem and I was told "nothing."I was told that something wasn't entered into the system correctly and that there was nothing they could do. Finally I was promised that someone would investigate and get back to me the next business day, and no one did.
