Had a guy from Fortem named Dave attend our flat yesterday for Birmingham City Council after reporting Damp and mould the day before. Dave took this very seriously and didn't take long to clean it and apply an anti-mould paint for now. He also was on the phone to the office stressing the importance of the job and to push to have something done about the problem. Dave explained everything that he wants to get done for us. He was very concerned and helpful. A big thank you to Dave.
