had my annual gas service which found 2 leaks in boiler and unable to fill boiler up as valves to fill boiler also leaked this was reported back to fortem by the engineer Fortem did call and arrange an appointment to have these faults fix but true to form this appointment was missed have tried phoning them but no-one answers the phone reported it to council who raise an appointment only for fortem to cancel it no phone call to myself now got a faulty boiler which I can't get fixed how every they got the contract for the council is beyond belief more cowboys than Indians customer service appalling
