very very disappointed with fortem it’s near to impossible to get through to them on the phone just as you do someone will cut you off, they booked an appointment for me and gave me the window time between 1pm and 6pm and guess what as usual no one showed up! I did not go to work as this was important, the council are shooting themselves in the foot hiring a cheap cowboy company which doesn’t do any work. What can you expect anyway the council only think about lining their own pockets selfish pigs
