Communication is severely lacking; you have to constantly follow up to get any updates. The paralegals seem incompetent, providing directions that could jeopardize the case. I went to the office to sign settlement papers, but no one was prepared. They have held my settlement check for over 30 days, promised I'd have it by Christmas, and now it's mid-January 2026 with no answers about when I will receive my check. I’m considering legal action against them! This firm feels more like a large corporation than a supportive family business. They are just like big box stores—disappointing!
