After 3 months of back and forth voicemails and texts they dropped me due to “not getting the required treatment”. I got the MRI that they wanted me to get. I got in with the neurologist that I can’t afford on my own. I was waiting for the neuroradiologist to read the MRI. I told my case manager, Brooke, this but got no response and then the next day got a call that I was being dropped. I think it’s because when they put my MRI results through “their machine that reads it” I informed Brooke that it was wrong. She was trying to tell me stuff about my spine when I had a brain MRI. So sorry Brooke that I called you on your BS and wouldn’t let you lie about my medical condition to get more money.

Regretting my choice to hire this low-quality firm!

I really wish I had seen these reviews before choosing this firm! They only managed to recover 12.5% of what I was entitled to! They were unwilling to advocate for me! After being rear-ended, they settled for the third offer, which was just $500 more than the initial one, despite my serious injuries! Now, my second rear-end case has to go to litigation, and they’ve informed me they won’t fight for me! I’ll be reaching out to another attorney soon. This firm talks a big game but lacks action! They seem to prefer the easy cases. It’s ‘FREE’ when you’re not doing any real work! I never even got to speak with my attorney. Thankfully, one representative was professional, but I believe he’s limited by the firm’s practices. He should start his own practice—he has potential! Please, consult your local attorneys and steer clear of this overhyped firm! The owner is more focused on advertising his supposed billions rather than helping clients. This firm is definitely not for the people; it’s all about the quick dollar! If I could give zero stars, I would! It’s more like a complete disappointment! It’s telling how they respond to reviews, using first names only for positive feedback while negative ones seem to get generic, likely AI-generated replies. I wonder how they’ll respond to me? Because ‘sorry’ seems to be their go-to solution for everything! ‘Sorry’ doesn’t fix their incompetence! This firm is definitely NOT for the people!

The communication is severely lacking; you have to constantly push for updates. The paralegals seem to lack competence, providing directions that could endanger the case by sharing information with opposing counsel. I went to the office to sign settlement papers, but no one there had any knowledge of the situation. They’ve held my settlement check for over 30 days, promised it by Christmas, and now it’s January 13, 2026, with no response about when I will receive it. I'm considering legal action! This once family-oriented business now operates like a large corporation that no longer cares. They resemble big box stores and are disappointing. They do not genuinely prioritize their clients. I recommend looking for a smaller firm instead.

My second case also had to go to litigation, and they said they wouldn't fight for me! I’m considering contacting another firm. This one is all talk and no action! They prefer easy cases. Sure, it's 'FREE' when they aren't putting in any effort! I never spoke with my attorney. Thankfully, one representative was professional, but I believe he deserves to start his own firm. Please reach out to local attorneys instead. This firm is more focused on profit than genuinely helping people!

Disappointing Experience with a Medical Case

I sought help for a medical malpractice case and provided all the necessary details during the intake process. After only receiving minimal feedback, I was informed they couldn’t take on my case. As a retired nurse, I know the facility failed to provide basic care, which has caused significant delays in my husband's recovery. They claim to be 'For the People,' but it seems they are more interested in profit. The money isn’t my main concern; I just want accountability from the hospital for their substandard care.

Not Worth Your Time

What a waste of time. Don’t even bother calling. They’re far from being a reputable legal firm, only handling simple car accidents. They come across as opportunists and do not deal with medical malpractice cases.

No Response to My Inquiry

I contacted them regarding a work accident case. After providing all the necessary details, I was told someone would reach out within a week. Two weeks passed with no response, and when I called again, I received the same promise. Ultimately, I gave up! This is completely unprofessional.
