We have been using this dry dog food for months, and the dogs have been thriving on it. However, due to recent issues, I would only rate it one star. We placed a large order nearly four weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I've been in constant communication with customer service, who promised an express delivery that also failed to arrive. They haven't offered any discounts or compensation for the failure to deliver the products we've invested in. The tracking shows it has been returned to sender. Now, they are ignoring my inquiries, and we've run out of food for the dogs, forcing us to switch to another brand. Still no refund, which is really disappointing as the product itself was excellent, but it’s useless if it doesn’t arrive.
