I have fed my standard poodle forth glade meat for a good few years now, he loves it after our morning walk. Not enjoying the new boxes, prefer a box of the two flavours mixed rather than separate, my preference as I like to alternate!
The website has improved the ordering process, my dog loves Forthglades dried Duck, absolutely loves their dental chews and she benefits from their digestion and joint treats³

My dog Sam loves your products but I don't like how much glue is put on the wet food tray 'lids' which makes them impossible to tear open with your hand alone. It's also hard to then easily tear away all the plastic lid bits from the tray. (I think the tray is ♻️ but the lid is isn’t. But correct me if I'm wrong).
My dog really likes the salmon food that l bought for her She has it at lunchtime about half a tray to keep her going between her two meals and by way of a change from kibble 26 kg 5 yr old working line Labrador
I have a rescue Boxer and have saved over 30 Boxers throughout the years. This one is my last, and she is quite selective and challenging when it comes to food. Boxers are known for having sensitive stomachs, and she turned her nose up at everything I offered, including brands I had used for years. I was really struggling. Then I tried a specific dry and wet food, and now she absolutely loves it! She eats eagerly whenever I serve it, and nothing else seemed to work! I'm curious to know what the secret ingredient is!
A week has passed and I have yet to receive the wet food I ordered and paid for. The deliveries are arriving at different times, making it hard to know what has been received and what is still on the way. I ordered in bulk for a reason, as I work nights and don’t want to be woken up repeatedly because of disorganization with the orders.
Since December 18, I have reached out to the company three times. I understand the holiday season may cause delays, but I have yet to receive a response. This is not the first time I’ve encountered issues with their wet food. Several trays have been damaged. In 2024, I purchased a significant amount of wet food for my two dogs; although some trays were damaged, I managed to work with the rest after discarding the unusable ones. However, when I opened the last two boxes on December 25, I found that out of 24 trays, 6 were moldy and split, and another 2 were also damaged. That’s a total of 8 out of 24. The food is not inexpensive, even with discounts. Why have a contact option if there is no follow-up to emails? Frankly, I would not recommend this wet food or the inadequate customer service.
We have been using this dry dog food for months, and the dogs have been thriving on it. However, due to recent issues, I would only rate it one star. We placed a large order nearly four weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I've been in constant communication with customer service, who promised an express delivery that also failed to arrive. They haven't offered any discounts or compensation for the failure to deliver the products we've invested in. The tracking shows it has been returned to sender. Now, they are ignoring my inquiries, and we've run out of food for the dogs, forcing us to switch to another brand. Still no refund, which is really disappointing as the product itself was excellent, but it’s useless if it doesn’t arrive.
