Since December 18, I have reached out to the company three times. I understand the holiday season may cause delays, but I have yet to receive a response. This is not the first time I’ve encountered issues with their wet food. Several trays have been damaged. In 2024, I purchased a significant amount of wet food for my two dogs; although some trays were damaged, I managed to work with the rest after discarding the unusable ones. However, when I opened the last two boxes on December 25, I found that out of 24 trays, 6 were moldy and split, and another 2 were also damaged. That’s a total of 8 out of 24. The food is not inexpensive, even with discounts. Why have a contact option if there is no follow-up to emails? Frankly, I would not recommend this wet food or the inadequate customer service.
