I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is virtually non-existent; it is impossible to get a reply to inquiries, and calls frequently disconnect before you can even speak to someone.
I attempted to cancel my order immediately after placing it due to issues with my dog, but because no one answers the phones or emails, they shipped it anyway. Now, I’m being told I have to pay for the return myself, which is incredibly expensive due to the weight. Even after finally reaching someone who promised a callback, I was ghosted. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.
