Terrible experience with Fortis. For our storefront, their terminal (Link 2500) is outdated to say the least. The device would freeze or time out and we would have to restart scanning products. In addition, if a client tried to 'tap to pay', clients would get double charged on their cards. Their customer service reps were helpful over the phone.
