I began trading with the company in November 2024. Initially, I completed several challenges, managed multiple funded accounts, and received a good number of payouts. Everything was running smoothly at first, with payouts processed without any issues, leading me to believe the firm was reliable and fair. This positive experience encouraged me to reinvest in more challenges and expand my involvement with them. However, my perspective changed drastically after a recent incident. Without any prior warning, the company unexpectedly blocked my ability to purchase new challenges. This decision was completely unforeseen, and I had no violations or warnings that I was aware of. What frustrated me most was the lack of transparency surrounding this action. When I reached out to the support team for clarification, I received vague responses that failed to explain the reason for the restriction or provide guidance on how to resolve the situation. As a trader who has invested considerable time and money and has a solid history of payouts, I expected a straightforward explanation. This sudden block left me unable to continue trading, despite being a loyal client for months. Regardless of internal policies, taking such a serious action against a long-term trader without explanation is unprofessional and erodes trust. To be fair, I acknowledge that payouts were handled properly during my time with the company, which is why I am rating them 2 out of 5 instead of 1. However, this recent experience has overshadowed the positives. Transparency and communication are crucial in the prop firm industry, and unfortunately, the company failed in this regard. I hope they improve their communication and treat long-term traders with greater respect in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend them confidently.
