Unwelcome to Successful Traders

They seem to discourage profitable traders. I utilized a trading tool that operates based on my constant input, which they promote on their platform as long as it doesn't operate independently. After receiving my first payout of $670 (2.5%), I was then asked for a verification call on my second request of $730 (almost 3%). I was assured that my trading practices were valid, yet I was flagged for using the tool: not after the 46-day challenge phase, nor after my initial payout. They indicated that my payout was at risk, but claimed my account was fine. However, after two days, both my funded and challenge accounts were compromised due to the tool usage they endorse as a support mechanism. Their approach is inconsistent and unprofessional; those five-star ratings from non-profitable users are misleading and seem to be encouraged by the support team to instill false hope for customers seeking payouts. They apply rules selectively to their advantage, and I strongly advise against trading with them.

Account Disabled After Challenge Completion

After successfully passing the 100k challenge and a video interview, my account was disabled. I received an email stating: Dear Trader, we are contacting you regarding the review of your Challenge Account. Following your success in meeting all targets, the next step involves a strategy review. Our systems detected several risk indicators. Unfortunately, the number of risk flags on your account has exceeded our limit, so we cannot offer you a Master Account at this time. Best Regards. I have requested a refund, and they replied that it will take 5 business days. I hope to receive my refund soon.

Disappointing Experience with the Company

I began trading with the company in November 2024. Initially, I completed several challenges, managed multiple funded accounts, and received a good number of payouts. Everything was running smoothly at first, with payouts processed without any issues, leading me to believe the firm was reliable and fair. This positive experience encouraged me to reinvest in more challenges and expand my involvement with them. However, my perspective changed drastically after a recent incident. Without any prior warning, the company unexpectedly blocked my ability to purchase new challenges. This decision was completely unforeseen, and I had no violations or warnings that I was aware of. What frustrated me most was the lack of transparency surrounding this action. When I reached out to the support team for clarification, I received vague responses that failed to explain the reason for the restriction or provide guidance on how to resolve the situation. As a trader who has invested considerable time and money and has a solid history of payouts, I expected a straightforward explanation. This sudden block left me unable to continue trading, despite being a loyal client for months. Regardless of internal policies, taking such a serious action against a long-term trader without explanation is unprofessional and erodes trust. To be fair, I acknowledge that payouts were handled properly during my time with the company, which is why I am rating them 2 out of 5 instead of 1. However, this recent experience has overshadowed the positives. Transparency and communication are crucial in the prop firm industry, and unfortunately, the company failed in this regard. I hope they improve their communication and treat long-term traders with greater respect in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend them confidently.

I received an email stating: Dear Trader, we are writing to inform you about the review of your Challenge Account. After successfully passing the challenge by meeting all required targets, the next step is a strategy review by our Risk Department. This review ensures your trading approach aligns with our rules and represents a genuine strategy. During the evaluation, our systems identified multiple risk indicators and red flags. Based on our Terms and Conditions, we assess your trading behavior during the Evaluation phase to determine eligibility for progression to the Master Account stage. Unfortunately, the number of risk flags on your account exceeded our acceptable threshold, so we cannot offer you a Master Account at this time. Best Regards. I have requested a refund, and they replied that it will take 5 business days. I hope to receive my refund soon.

Avoid This Prop Firm - Rules Only Enforced After Success

I passed their challenge, but only afterward did they suddenly claim a 'rule breach' that should have been triggered immediately. Their system didn't flag my account when the trade occurred; instead, they waited until I succeeded to invalidate my results. This is completely unfair and lacks transparency. To all traders: do NOT open an account with this company. They waste your time, allow you to trade, let you pass, and then create excuses to avoid providing the funded account. There are many better and more honest firms available. Stay away.

A Fraudulent Company

This is undoubtedly a scam company. I purchased two 100k accounts, and while one became funded, they sent an email and failed to provide my funded account. I adhered to all their rules, yet they closed both accounts without explanation and did not issue refunds. They do not respond to emails. This company has taken my money. Their email stated: Dear Trader, we are writing to inform you about the review of your Challenge Account. After successfully passing the challenge, the next step is a strategy review.
