After passing the 100k challenge and completing a video interview, my account was disabled. I received an email stating: Dear Trader, we are writing to inform you about the review of your Challenge Account. After successfully passing the challenge by meeting all required targets, the next step is a strategy review by our Risk Department. This review ensures your trading approach aligns with our rules and represents a genuine strategy. During the evaluation, our systems identified multiple risk indicators and red flags. Based on our Terms and Conditions, we assess your trading behavior during the Evaluation phase to determine eligibility for progression to the Master Account stage. Unfortunately, the number of risk flags on your account exceeded our acceptable threshold, so we cannot offer you a Master Account at this time. Best Regards. I have requested a refund, and they replied that it will take 5 business days. I hope to receive my refund soon.
