This platform is truly the worst! I requested a withdrawal on 26 November, and there has been no update since then. Instead of processing my request, they disabled my account just two hours ago, blocking all access — even MT5 login is not functional. Moreover, no one is providing assistance or proper support. Every time I reach out, I receive unhelpful responses or no reply at all. Due to their negligence, I have already incurred a loss of $1000, and now my funds seem to be lost. This is the most unprofessional and unreliable platform I've ever dealt with. Avoid it if you don’t want your funds stuck and your account disabled without explanation.
