I've previously used other brokers and faced numerous issues, including order exiting problems and significant slippage. However, after finding this broker, I can genuinely say there’s zero slippage and no issues! The support system is the fastest I’ve encountered, resolving my queries within minutes. If a trader is affected by spreads and slippage, they might not be a true trader. All a trader needs is provided by this broker, and I highly recommend it.
I've tried various brokers for forex trading, but this one stands out as the best. I often faced slippage issues with others, but here there is absolutely no slippage. For instance, today my limit order was executed right away, even though the market was highly volatile, dropping below my stop loss by about 150 pips. Still, my stop loss was executed at the price I set. The deposits and withdrawals are straightforward, the interface is easy to navigate, and the support team responds promptly. A big win for this broker and the team!
This platform is truly the worst! I requested a withdrawal on 26 November, and there has been no update since then. Instead of processing my request, they disabled my account just two hours ago, blocking all access — even MT5 login is not functional. Moreover, no one is providing assistance or proper support. Every time I reach out, I receive unhelpful responses or no reply at all. Due to their negligence, I have already incurred a loss of $1000, and now my funds seem to be lost. This is the most unprofessional and unreliable platform I've ever dealt with. Avoid it if you don’t want your funds stuck and your account disabled without explanation.
This firm is a scam. The owner is deceiving people; once you invest, your only task is to create a ticket. There’s no solution, just ticket creation. I’ve been waiting for payouts since April. I hope the local authorities investigate this matter and take action against the owner.
After three days of usage, I've noticed that spreads are widening, and there’s significant latency in execution. Orders are closing three seconds after pressing the button. They claim a 2-pip spread, but it’s actually 4, which makes me hesitant to execute. I hope this issue gets addressed soon; otherwise, I may have to switch to another broker.
That's it, I've given this broker a second chance by opening a new account, thinking it was a technical glitch, but every single trade experiences slippage. Just today, one of my trades had a slippage of 37 pips. Enough is enough; while the individuals may be good, as partners, they fail. The team lacks knowledge and only uses prompts to respond.
This is the worst prop firm I’ve encountered. I received my first payout in June after waiting 40 days (company policy is 14 days). Then they announced a server change, disabling trading for weeks. After that, glitches appeared, and they changed the name from one to another, but the issues continued. They recently claimed that all profits made by traders were due to glitches and would not be valid for payouts. This is ridiculous. It took over four months to build an account, and now they say it was all due to glitches. Just scammers pretending to be trading experts and defrauding people of their hard work. I would never recommend this to anyone.
