Created a new account and it wouldn't let me play cause it said I couldn't be verified and to contact customer support. I contact customer support to be told that I need a utility bill. We dont have a utility bill. All of our bills are included in our rent. We have lived here over 8 years. I explained this 3 times and provided insurance bill and paperwork, and vehicle registration proving my address and my name only to be told each time they still need a utility bill. You should listen to your customers and take in consideration their circumstances cause not everyone is out to scam you!
