If i could give no stars I would, worst online casino ever! Balances change bc they think people are not paying attention. Created a new account and it wouldn't let me play cause it said I couldn't be verified and to contact customer support. I contact customer support to be told that I need a utility bill. We dont have a utility bill. All of our bills are included in our rent. We have lived here over 8 years. I explained this 3 times and provided insurance bill and paperwork, and vehicle registration proving my address and my name only to be told each time they still need a utility bill. You should listen to your customers and take in consideration their circumstances cause not everyone is out to scam you!
Absolutely the worst site and platform I've played yet. I won $200 with just $1 or $2 (I can't remember)... However I spent over 2 and a half hours this morning trying to verify a card that was not the card or account I wanted the money sent to. At no point did they say anything about me not being able to redeem only $25 of the $200. Not until the card was verified and the $25 processed to my card did they come out and say this BS about me having some type of limit. Bottom line is they just didn't want to pay what I won because I did it with such a low amount to start with. And I've been playing this platform for over a year and never won anything. And for them to pull this kind of stunt when I finally do just makes it that much worse!!!!
