I’m documenting my experience with FortuneWheelz so others understand how withdrawals are handled.
My account showed a balance of approximately $960. I submitted a withdrawal of $250. The request was marked “completed,” but I only received $50 via PayPal. After that, my account balance dropped to about $3, and the remaining funds were no longer visible.
When I contacted support, I was told my redemption was “approved for $50 according to point 7 of the Award rules,” and that any remaining winnings beyond this limit are automatically removed after redemption.
This was not clearly presented to me at the time of withdrawal, and the interface allowed me to request $250. The result is that a much larger displayed balance was effectively reduced to a $50 payout.

I’m sharing this so others are aware of how payouts may be limited and handled.This was my favorite site along with no limit and funrize who are all owned by the same company A1 development. I spent at least $10,000 between those three sites easily in the last 3 or 4 months. Never won until now this is a great way to treat regular customers. I was supposed to hear back from a supervisor via email in 24 hours I will change this at that time if this happens but I'm not holding my breath seems pretty obvious that there is no integrity sense of right or wrong or f***s given about the people that keep their businesses going. I hope I'm wrong I will keep you posted. And hopefully can turn this into a five-star misunderstanding
