Happy to take your money - no where to be seen when product becomes faulty

I bought a Garmin Epix Pro 2 along with the heart rate chest strap. It is still under warranty and the chest strap has stopped working. I have tried to contact them to arrange a replacement but I have had radio silence and no response. I’m am posting here in the hopes I get a reply before I go to the ombudsman.
