Unfortunately, the second response was even more frustrating. The support team asked me for a return label from the UK for the return postage from the US. The value of the spirits exceeds $1000 USD, and instead of providing assistance, the representative suggested disposing of it at no cost. I chose this service because I needed someone to manage my package in the USA and help forward it securely to England. It has been nearly 7 days, and I still have no solution to retrieve my package.
