Don't use their service. If someone under the name Nica will be under the customer service she will make you waste your time and energy. She tell me May I know what is your preferred shipping service?
but don't show me any shipping service
Now 4 days that I keep sending mails and she is not answering anymore.
Ask for £10 additional charge because it is a financial product

Extremely dissatisfied with this service

I had a very disappointing experience with this service, which turned out to be a total waste of my time and money. I ordered a bottle of spirits from an auction house and paid for shipping through a courier to a warehouse in the US. However, I was first informed that they could not ship alcohol outside the US to England. I then asked a friend if I could use their US address for delivery and submitted a second request to customer service, offering to cover the postage myself. Unfortunately, the second response was even more frustrating. The support team asked me for a return label from the UK for the return postage from the US. The value of the spirits exceeds $1000 USD, and instead of providing assistance, the representative suggested disposing of it at no cost. I chose this service because I needed someone to manage my package in the USA and help forward it securely to England. It has been nearly 7 days, and I still have no solution to retrieve my package.

Another shipment, another disappointing experience. The item was discarded because communicating with this service made it far too challenging to arrange for shipping. Over the years, I have placed more than 50 orders with this service. However, my recent experiences have been negative. This includes repeatedly asking questions that the support team ignored, leading to shipment delays and a failure to address shipping limitations properly. In this instance, the service was unable to resolve a “combine and repack” issue that arose from their own mistake: the item was set aside for “combining and repacking” without my request, which then made it impossible to combine it with other items. Ultimately, I chose to dispose of the item rather than continue seeking a resolution that was not forthcoming.
