Terrible terrible company. The ladies in the office have no idea what they are doing. Especially the manager lady. You will hear them call the clients names aswell as other members of staff. You will not be paid correctly, you will be any all over the place and if you need any help do t expect any one to answer the phone. They have reported numerous times to the CQC and they are very aware of what is going on and they are being watched. If you want to work with scruffy carers that sit in their cars and smoke and a clueless management then by all means get a job here. Ps there’s minimal training.
