Frustrating experience working for this company

This company is highly unprofessional. They assign shifts and then cancel them with little notice. Despite promises to address my complaints, nothing has improved. I cannot recommend this service.

Working for this company has been a nightmare

This company is an absolute joke to work for. They schedule shifts and then cancel them with just over 12 hours' notice. They claim they will address the complaints I've raised, but nothing ever changes. I wouldn't suggest working for this service at all.

False promises and poor service

What I read in other reviews is true; this company makes false promises. Initially, my family member received great care, but after six months, everything changed. Carers have been consistently late, and I've had to contact the office multiple times for updates. There are staff who do the bare minimum, and complaints seem to fall on deaf ears. The constant changes in carers prevent any connection from forming, making the experience even worse. I am very disappointed with this service.

A shocking lack of care and professionalism

Having worked for this company, I was shocked by the lack of compassion and training. I reported safety concerns that were ignored. Many staff members do not understand English, and clients are often uncomfortable with the staff assigned to them. The management seems more focused on payments than on providing proper care. I strongly advise staying away from this company.

Terrible experience with care services

My late mother received services from this company for four months, and it was a frustrating experience. While some carers were fantastic, others showed a complete lack of care. There were issues with medication, staff not understanding English, and inappropriate behavior from certain staff members. Management does not listen to clients, and there were instances of no staff showing up while still being charged. I would strongly advise against using this company as it leads to nothing but frustration.

Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience

If I could give a lower rating, I would. I attended an interview only to be left waiting because the person I was supposed to meet walked out without notice. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise against applying to this agency.

Completely unreliable care service

This company is utterly useless. They fail to send the right carers and don't adhere to care plans. It's beyond me how they maintain a good rating when they clearly do not provide proper care.
