DO NOT.. I REPEAT DO NOT work for this company! They don’t care about their workers at all, you go out your way to help them but you get stress in return. I had a really bad experience with MANSFIELD fosse healthcare, they are so disorganised & just sit in the office doing nothing, they make it seem all nice in the start but trust me don’t do it… I stayed in this job for less than a month it was that bad, you’re maybe wondering why is it so bad? An example is that i had been working for less than a few weeks & i told them i wasn’t ready to go out on my own as it’s my first time doing care… they said it’s fine we will only put you on double ups, comes to the day & i am on my own… rang the office they said you’ll be fine you’re on you’re on get on with it when i could have done something completely wrong with a client’s medication as i had never met them before!!!!The job itself, is amazing… caring for people is just a great job but i really do recommend if you’re thinking of being a care worker do not do it under fosse!
