Dismal. Not only were the AI utilities worse than many free programs, but when I canceled literal moments after I was charged after the free trial, I was told by customer support that they would refund me…and then escalated support offered a review of a few dollars.
If a company has to fight you over a refund like that, they don’t stand by their product. They just hope you forget to cancel in time.
