I discovered this service through a friend. As someone facing mental health challenges, I often skip meals or opt for unhealthy options due to low energy. Their meals are tasty and nutritionally balanced, with the average price for a small dish being lower than a fast-food combo, and healthier too. I haven't seen any dish exceeding 500 calories, with high protein levels and good sodium content. I wish there were more fiber, but overall, the meals are well-balanced. I love the changing weekly menus. I've used other services before, but their menus became repetitive quickly. This is my third order, and I chose the small dish. Sometimes, I find the small portions to be larger than expected. They also offer a mix of sizes. The large portions are great for entertaining. My favorites are the salads; they are excellent and come in decent sizes. So far, I haven't received a meal I didn't enjoy. What I value most is the absence of subscriptions; you can order whenever you want without the stress of skipping a week. I highly recommend this service.
