I placed an order for a DVD on December 12th, expecting delivery soon after. After reaching out via email on the 22nd and 23rd, I received no response. I also tried using the contact link for verification but got nothing in my inbox or spam. I feel like £7.99 has been taken from me without receiving the product. I would not recommend this service unless you don't mind losing money without any result.
