Need for Improvement

This service could greatly improve by providing a valid postal address, a functioning email, and products that match their descriptions. I received a DVD that was remastered but didn't match the cover shown, and the disc was filled with subtitles. My emails bounce back as undeliverable. After seeing other reviews, I believe they are unreliable. There's an email that starts with 'info', but that's all I can find.

Partially Fulfilled Order

I ordered a collection of comics on DVD ROM, expecting 83 titles, but only received 39. I've emailed them three times for the remainder, even requesting a download link to avoid shipping costs, but received no replies. I'm rating them higher because I did get part of my order and am satisfied with that, but they have not fulfilled their entire obligation.

Poor Quality DVDs Received

I received a complete series of DVDs, but upon playing them, I found them to be of very poor quality, seemingly copied from TV broadcasts. I emailed regarding this issue but got no reply. They sold me subpar DVDs. I urge others not to purchase from this unreliable service.

Disappointment with Order
