Disappointing Order Experience

I ordered a DVD on December 12th, anticipating a quick delivery. After emailing on the 22nd and 23rd without any reply, I used the contact link for verification but received no confirmation. I feel as though I've lost £7.99 without receiving anything in return. I strongly recommend avoiding this service unless you're okay with losing money.
