Don't be misled by glowing reviews—I wouldn't recommend this course or provider to anyone. The information given at enrollment was misleading, particularly regarding course length and payment plans (you won't receive your certificate until all payments are made, regardless of completion). The course content is repetitive, outdated, and poorly maintained, featuring broken links and irrelevant videos. Placement requirements are unreasonable, creating an excessive burden on already busy supervisors with endless paperwork and inconsistent forms. My biggest frustration was the assessment marking and feedback, which took weeks or months, often focusing on trivial issues. This led to constant delays and stress, with little accountability from the provider. Overall, the assessments lack real-world relevance and focus more on regulations than actual practice. I am extremely disappointed with the quality, support, and cost of this course and strongly advise prospective students to seek alternatives.
