Please think twice before signing up with Foundation Education. I’ve had the most stressful and disappointing experience of my life with them. I finished and submitted every assessment for my Certificate IV in Education Support — yet months later, nothing has been marked. Instead, they keep calling me trying to pressure me into paying another $5,000 for a 6-month “extension”, even though I’ve already completed everything.From day one, the support has been terrible. When I asked for help getting my Working with Children Card, I was literally told to figure it out myself and then hung up on. Every time I’ve asked for help since, no one has been helpful or respectful. My placement school has even said that the course content doesn’t line up with WA standards, and honestly, I agree — it feels like it’s written for teachers, not education assistants.This whole thing has caused me so much stress and health issues. I’m currently unemployed because I can’t get my certificate signed off. I’ve already sent in a formal complaint and will take legal action if they don’t fix this immediately. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Be careful before handing over your money — they talk big, but they don’t deliver.
