My experience with Foundation Education has been extremely frustrating and stressful. The placement requirements were unrealistic for a 100-hour placement, with a huge volume of questions and demanding video tasks many of which were nearly impossible due to privacy rules and parental consent requirements, especially for children with additional needs. Some parents understandably did not want a stranger filming their children.Even after completing the placement and submitting everything on time, I was expected to resubmit assignments or redo observations, which is not practical for busy schools or teachers. Despite my commitment and significant financial investment, the course felt disorganized, inflexible, and unsupportive.Please do your research before paying a fortune for any course with Foundation Education. They seem focused on collecting fees: assignments take ages to be checked, which ensures you have to extend your course, costing $490 per month. Overall, the course felt like a money-driven operation rather than genuine education. I would not recommend this program
