I just completed a course. The Educators Lisa, Sue and Tony were very helpful and kind throughout the year with any questions i had. It was all positive however if i had to criticise, the sales team made me feel very pressured to extend my course in the last month of it. Even 2 days after finishing they are messaging me about extending to complete it. It makes it feel a bit like “pay more or we won’t sign you off” kinda deal, although that wasn’t the case. Thanks again team!
