Lara was great, she rang regarding my work placement and I told her that my work placement host form hasn’t been marked and my work placement assessments have not been unlocked even though I was doing work placement for a week already, in which they knew about, she was very helpful in getting this passed through and unlocking the work placement assessments so I can continue with my assessments.
