I initially inquired pricing in 2021 to enrol Cert III in Early Childhood education. The representative was very convincing and persuasive. She told me there will be a cooling period and I could withdraw within that period. I rang back within 7 days told them I wanted to withdraw and advised they will send me email and sort that out but ended up being ignored. I was so busy with working as I am a single mother with young child. And they realised I was still enrolled and kept getting my money taken out. I called back again and asked and they said they had no record of me withdrawing request. Fast forward, I was only kept being charged and drained by them. They are NOT an educational institution but A HUGE SCAMMER.PLEASE ANYONE I AM ADVISING YOU AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST.I have paid more than $4000 to them and yet they're still asking for more.And also THEY ARE HUMANS WITH NO EMPHATY, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $1000 FOR COURSE EXTENSION AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY SUPPORT DURING THE COURSE.The course structure are different with TAFE one.And honestly they're NOT LEGIT.I AM CURRENTLY STILL BEING HAUNTED BY THEM AFTER BEING RIPPED OF $4000.Very ashamed of these people.
