I feel that the initial sales person sells the product very well and makes you feel like you will receive a lot of support as I made it clear that with dyslexia and adhd that I would need support. The support has not been quite what I expected. However, I am managing the course on my own. I would like the marking of assignments to be a lot quicker as it has been a long wait, and it's hard to know how I am doing until I get the results. Also, I hope that the vocational placement assistance is a bit more proactive, as I really would like to be supported into a placement as soon as possible.
