My experience with Shae Gumasing, the Student Account Officer at Foundation Education was very positive. She was very supportive and understanding to my needs. I was requesting an extension because i was struggling with getting my course done under pressure whilst going through a very painful & sad period in my life. Shae was just so lovely and empathetic towards my situation. She really helped to relieve the stress and anxiety that i was experiencing and treated me with such kindness and patience. I felt like i was being helped out by a friend rather than just a stranger. She helped me sort out my situation and resolved it. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you Shae, for helping me receive an extension, you were able to give me a good period of time added onto the course which will definitely relieve the stress that I am already experiencing around me. I very grateful for the time and effort you put in to helping me out. As a student it is very reassuring to know if you have the support from these education departments.
