I enrolled in their Early Childhood Education and Care course after being assured that they support student visas and that I would be able to study under such conditions. However, I soon discovered that this was entirely false—they are not a CRICOS provider and cannot issue a Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE), which is essential for obtaining a student visa.This misinformation was not only misleading but also extremely disruptive to my plans. Upon learning the truth, I had no choice but to withdraw from the course. Despite this, Foundation Education is now demanding a $370 administration fee for the withdrawal. This fee is outrageous, considering that my decision to withdraw was solely due to their initial deception.The lack of transparency and the attempt to charge me for their mistake are unacceptable. I urge anyone considering Foundation Education to be cautious and thoroughly verify any claims they make regarding visa support and course eligibility.
