Would Give 0 Stars If I could! I'm not satisfied with my experience. I have been in the Dental industry for 6 years so quiet a while, This course started off great, Then I had to try to start looking for workplacement. I'd you're an adult living out of home you'll know that you actually have to get paid when you work. I looked on the workplacement information and it said the first 50 hours of workplacement were observing dental assistants and how they work. I'm sorry what? I'm not going to sit there and observe at my work place when I'm getting paid to work. Anyway, I digress. I think that part of the workplacement should be changed. I realised the other day that I have had this tafe debit looming over my head since 2023. Not once did I get a reminder notice to be honest I thought I'd already paid it. Anyway with the cosy of living and loosing my job I am finding it increasingly difficult to pay. They have locked me out of my course. Which is fine if I wasn't still be chased up for the 2k I still owe. I don't think it is fair for me to have to pay for a course I can't complete and I am not paying for an extension when you have raised my interest to 12.5%! what is this university! I have told your finance team that I lost my job and am on benefits and she was rude and unkind. I agreed to pay a 50 dollar a fortnight payment which I am now finiding it hard to pay and frankly am quite distressed to call up and tell them as I know I'll just be welcomed with the same unwarm unwelcoming manner. I don't feel I should have to pay off this course as I don't feel although I am very welcomed at your organisation just due to the sheer additude from your finance team. I googled if you withdraw from a course do you still have to pay? Google said no. I'd like to formally withdraw from it as I feel as though my money is better off else where in an organisation that actually cares about there customers. Instead of making them feel bad for not being able to pay. I also tried to withdraw over the phone and got the "you have to write a formal email stating that you'd like to withdraw." But there is no email listed on there Website. Fix your customer service and have some empathy. I should not have to pay for a course I cannot use, if you had better customer service and didn't lock me out of my course the momentbi couldn't pay your 50 dollars I may of had a better experience. Worst experience ever!
