By far the worst education provider that I have experienced. Considering that this is an online based education provider, the support is absolutely appalling. I have had numerous calls, emails and online chat requests go unanswered when requesting support or clarification on feedback that I have received on assignments. I have made complaints about assignments taking months to mark and the response i get is 'we currently have longer than expected delays when it comes to marking assignments' so basically, they don't care. There was also no assistance when it came to finding work placement and it took almost my entire placement for foundation education to even approve the workplace paperwork which meant that I did not have access to several workplace documents and was unable to submit workplace observations. This resulted in me having to do almost twice the work placement hours (unpaid) in order to get all my documents completed and submitted. Lets face it, who can afford to even work 160 hours unpaid let alone having to work 320 hours unpaid these days. I encourage you to strongly consider other options of providers and read reviews thoroughly prior to enrolling in courses. I am not one to normally write reviews however this experience has been so frustrating that I felt this review was necessary and hopefully will assist someone in the future to avoid having such a negative experience.
