I have had a very bad experience with this company. Poor course structure and loads of paperwork just to do the Certificate IV in School based education support. I would rather enrol in a teaching degree than wasting time and money on this course. Worked so hard to complete all assessments but when it came to finding a work placement I was on my own. I thought they would assist students finding placement and also have someone supervise us at the school. I knew it was impossible to complete this course so I gave up and requested them to waive the remaining amount but this company made sure they took each and every penny owed plus gave me so much stress. Please save your time and money and DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM OR ELSE YOU WILL LOCKED IN PAYING $4000 PLUS MORE. One regretted student here Sharing my personal experiences.
