After reading reviews I decided I’d be better off studying a cert IV in school based education support course in person rather than online. My CA did not seem too happy about this change of mind (the day after I signed up and paid $100 deposit). In the days after I have been attempting to talk to someone at student services and have sent emails asking to withdraw. I’ve heard basically nothing except an automatic generic email. I was told there was a $370 withdrawal admin fee which I don’t even know how I’ll pay that due to personal circumstances. I have now received an email with an invoice telling me I will be billed $4390 on the 25th of March. I just want to withdraw and not feel so anxious about whether I’m going to pay for something I haven’t even started. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional
