The payment process with Foundation education is the worst I have seen! I’m currently with other services and they take out money on a regular basis and there are never any issues.But that’s not the case with foundation education! On 2 occasions they have sent me emails stating that my account is overdue and I need to pay an excess fee but nothing is wrong on my end they just didn’t take the money out!I am paying extra fees and when I call them to make the payment they tell me they don’t know why this is happening and I show them that I have plenty of money in my account and they say sorry we are unsure and you will still need to pay the extra fee! I’m studying and working full time! I do not need this extra anxiety! This has made me reach my tipping point!
