My daughter singed up to do the cert 3 childcare. They have a 5 day cooling off period, and they send you the form just before it expires. My daughter got a new job before she started the course so she rang and cancelled it. She had made the first payment of $350, and it was around 9 days after she signed up. A few weeks later, they took another $350 from her account. When I questioned this they said she still had to pay regardless if she started it or not. They refused to give her money back. As far as I'm concerned this is just money grabbing. Stay clear of this place. Absolutely disgusting that they can take advantage of people like this.
