DO NOT SIGN UP WITH FOUNDATION EDUCATION.My wife started a course in Cert 4 Education Support. Beware of the salespeople signing you up and telling you the course is suitable. After signing up the course was long winded, totally over the top and the curriculum seemed totally irrelevant. She perseisted and completed 2 assignments, but when she commenced her prac placement quickly found out that the curriculum is not compattable with how prac is generally completed in a school and could not be completed. She is now paying for a course that she cannot complete the prac for. After a month of back and forth with email and phone calls over and over again speaking with different people they finally accepted her withdrawal from the course but still want to charge for the remainder of the course. I can see from reading other reviews that our experience is the same as many others and for those that don't pay they are chased by debt collectors. We dont seem to have a signed contract as apparently the signing up was done by phone. They do not give you access to the course curriculum during the cooling off period either so the whole thing is basically a scam / money grab from them. They obviously do this all the time and have no interest in actually providing good courses that are fit for purpose. They are a total scam.
