I've been using Foundryserver for about a year. In that time, I have not had any slowdowns or crashes with the server that wasn't my own fault, any questions or troubleshooting I can ask him and his team directly, and they are very straightforward and preemptive with any planned downtime, which is usually scheduled during non-peak playing hours. They take criticism very seriously and are asking for constant feedback to improve their hosting. I've spoken with Dax and his team directly on several occasions, and they have been professional and thoughtful every time.
I run a high-traffic server for D&D using Foundry, with lots of high-quality assets and music and automation, and both myself and all of my own clients appreciate how quick and responsive the server is. I currently operate from Florida, while the server is located in Canada, and my players log in from around the world. Overall latency is very low. I highly reccomend this service! They lack the bells and whistles of their competetors, but quite frankly, I don't miss the gimmicks when the main service I'm looking for fails so frequently. Foundryserver has none of that. It requires some technical knowledge to really make it do the things you want it to, which would be my one criticism, but if you're using Foundry VTT you would already know that anyways.
