I've been using Foundryserver for about a year. In that time, I have not had any slowdowns or crashes with the server that wasn't my own fault, any questions or troubleshooting I can ask him and his team directly, and they are very straightforward and preemptive with any planned downtime, which is usually scheduled during non-peak playing hours. They take criticism very seriously and are asking for constant feedback to improve their hosting. I've spoken with Dax and his team directly on several occasions, and they have been professional and thoughtful every time.
I run a high-traffic server for D&D using Foundry, with lots of high-quality assets and music and automation, and both myself and all of my own clients appreciate how quick and responsive the server is. I currently operate from Florida, while the server is located in Canada, and my players log in from around the world. Overall latency is very low. I highly reccomend this service! They lack the bells and whistles of their competetors, but quite frankly, I don't miss the gimmicks when the main service I'm looking for fails so frequently. Foundryserver has none of that. It requires some technical knowledge to really make it do the things you want it to, which would be my one criticism, but if you're using Foundry VTT you would already know that anyways.

Hands down the best foundry host out there. There discord support is top notch, not only do they give support for there server services they offer great support for foundry itself. Sence i am just learning this stuff as I go i have foun d them extreemly useful.
The best server host I have ever had the pleasure of working with.Servers are consistent, I have only experienced a single down day in the 2 years I've subscribed. The admin is attentive and constantly looking to improve them. The community he has built is supportive and active. Connections are fast and reliable, at least on the east coast.Billing is easy, and admin is friendly and cooperative. I lost my payment cards and had to cancel them, he let me pay a few days later so I could host gamenight.Incredibly pleasant, highly recommend.
I absolutely recommend FoundryServer for your game. I started with the lowest sub and it was awesome, sometimes it would neckbottle due to our file sizes but after I upgraded to the next tier and was told by the amazing support staff to convert my pictures from png to webp, reducing size by almost 95%, I can safely say FoundryServer is one of the best hosting sites I've used for Foundry games and the staff is super cooperative when you have a problem. Recommended!
1. What made my experience great?The setup of my Foundry server was very easy. Using FileZilla (or any other SFTP client), it was simple to upload the necessary files for the Foundry server, such as worlds. Version control is also really convenient because you can manage and install specific module versions directly through the folder structure by just uploading them (I don´t recommend it - Be careful with that)2. What is the company doing well?Right now, the support service is excellent and very direct when issues arise. I received an answer to my question on Discord within one day, and it was genuinely pleasant to talk with the support person.3. What could be improved?Perhaps a more streamlined guide for beginners on how to use and manage their own Foundry server.
If you host foundry, or are thinking about it, and don't want to deal with AWS this is THE way to do it in my opinion. Extremely easy to setup with plenty of support resources and an active discord community. I have never experienced any issues with service; whenever server work has to be done I have never experienced interruptions and it is all announced on the discord.As someone who hosts weekly D&D online, this has quickly become one of those SAAS subscriptions that I just don't even think about anymore.
I was confused about how something worked, and reached out to the discord and was helped very quickly. Not only that but the option for a free trial in which you are allowed to use a server is amazing, and I wish more businesses did this. All in all, the product works well and they have great customer support!
