Honestly, the easiest Merchant of Record + POD system I've ever used. If you want to create a shop quick and easy, this is definitely for you. You only need to handle creating + setting up + marketing. Without all the hassle of shipping, packing, etc. With regards to how and where profit goes, they're incredibly transparent: how much they get, how much you get, sales tax, transaction fees. You can see it all. You can also set your prices here, it's not like those POD systems where ANY shirt is x amount for every creator. You set your prices.Customer support is always quick and very helpful. Never had to wait more than 24hrs for support. Most of the time they answered mere hours later.If a customer gets a defective item (it happens sometimes with broken mugs) they quickly refund or dispatch a new item to them without me even knowing.That said, there are a few things I would like to be improved:- The EU side of things. I would like a setting where EU customers could see the price with VAT included.... I understand that FW is US-centered, so I don't hold it against them. Still, it's a feature I would really like in the future. Europeans are put off by having VAT calculated at checkout. It's not how we do things here.- If you're the one fulfilling orders, there's the issue of not having enough shipping settings. So if you want to fulfill your own orders and have a wide variety of merch that have very different weights, this is probably not for you. If you ship ceramics and prints for example. It would be ideal to have the product itself with a set shipping price when shipped alone vs. being shipped with other products.- The variety of products is good, but could be better! I would love to see more stationery, for example. Basically:FW is very good as a MOR + POD system. Especially for busy people, disabled people (like me) who can't make frequent trips to ship stuff. Also for people who don't want to deal with sales tax calculation, as the site does that for you.
