I'm new to FOX but recently installed storage batteries to reduce energy costs. FOX have a good App to help with control of the system which alerted me to a Battery Management System fault. A phone call to the support line had the problem resolved promptly by accessing the install on-line by Lewis who did a great job. Very happy with the system and support
